1. Booking Confirmation & Initial Deposit
All event bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract to secure the event date. This deposit covers initial consultation, administrative costs, and inventory planning. The event date is not confirmed until both are received.
2. Event Cancellation Policy
The following refund schedule applies based on when the written cancellation notice is received by [Your Company Name]:

Less than 30 Days Prior to Event Date | Client is obligated to pay 100% of the total contracted package price. |
3. Rescheduling an Event
We allow a one-time rescheduling of the event date, provided the request is made at least 60 days prior to the original date. The deposit will be transferred to the new date, subject to [Your Company Name]’s availability. If the new date is unavailable, the cancellation policy in Section 2 will apply based on the original booking timeline.
